Apply Online for 62709 Vacancies for Railway Group D Recruitment 2018

RRB Group D Recruitment 2018: Railway Recruitment Boards are looking at candidates in to recruit with the Government of India to select new workers for Indian Railways Department. RRB involves 21 railway regions of India. It has published a notification to select Grade D categories posts like Workers, Fireman, and Welders etc. Online enrollment of RRB will start from 03/02/2018 and will close on 05/03/2018. Hopefuls who are qualified for the post can apply. The points of interest of the notice are given underneath for your prepared reference.

RRB Group D Recruitment Details

Application Fees

Here are complete Details of Application Fees of Railway Group D and ALP Recruitment 2018.

Education Qualification

Here are some Education qualification for railway group d recruitments.

  • Candidates must hold the degree of 10th Pass OR ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT or equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT for the post of Helper/Medical, Hospital Attendant, Assistant Pointsman, Gateman, Porter/ Hamal/ Sweeper cum porter
  • For Remaining Other Posts 10th pass plus NAC granted by NCVT OR 10th pass plus ITI from institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Complete Selection Process:

The selection process consists of 2 stages which are as follows :

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
  3. Document Verification and Empanelling of selected Candidates

1. Computer Based Test (CBT):

Negative Marking: There will be negative marking for every wrong answer in the CBT. The penalty of 1/3rd of the marks is allotted for each wrong answer given by the candidate.


Candidates who will qualify CBT will be called for PET. The merit list will be two times the community wise total vacancy of the posts released in RRBs. It is mandatory to pass PET as it is a qualifying test for the posts advertised by RRBs.

The eligibility criterion for PET is given below:

2. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.

Find Nearest Aadhar Enrolment Centre in Your Area – Search Enrolment Centre

In order to Generate Aadhar Card, You have to fill up for Aadhar Card Application Form at One of the Aadhar Card Enrolment Centre or Aadhar Card Kendra.

UIDAI has Establishes Aadhar Card Kendra/Aadhar Enrolment Centres in the Every City of States. Aadhar Enrolment Centres are the Offices of UIDAI where You can Enroll for your Aadhar Card.

In Order to Register Aadhar Card Application, You have to Visit Your Nearest Aadhar Enrolment Office. Where You will be Given Aadhar Card Registration Form. You can simple Submit your Location and City name and get All the Aadhar Enrolment Centres List Near to your Location within few minutes.

  • In the First step Open UIDAI official Portal website.
  • There you can see Aadhar Enrolment Column. In that Column Click on Locate Aadhar Enrolment.

  • After Clicking on that You will be Redirected to Enrolment Centre Search Window.
  • Now, It’s time to Insert the Information.
  • In the Page you can see there are 3 tabs are Given. In the First, Tab Select the STATE where your City is Located.(If you are Living in BOMBAY select MAHARASHTRA as State!! – No need to say).
  • In the Second tab Select Your District/City where You are Living.
  • In the Third step Select Your Locality or Area provided there.
  • Enter SEARCH Button.

You are Done. You can see Different Enrolment Centres are Listed with Address with Contact Person Details, Mobile Number of Representative of Aadhar Card Kendra, Starting and Ending Date of Aadhar Enrolment Procedure.

Here Note one thing that Centres are Provided for Temporary and Permanent Enrolment. Some states and Union Terror=tories come under Different National Population Registrar (NPR).
